This role supports respectful infant and toddler care, free movement, sensory exploration, shaded outdoor play yard time, meals, simple organic meal prep, rest, and the steady routines of a very small program.

Age range

Infants and toddlers, with continuity encouraged through the first three years.

Current schedule

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8 AM–4 PM.

Nice to have

Infant experience, CPR/First Aid, child development education, familiarity with RIE^®, Waldorf, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia, baby-led feeding experience, and comfort with simple organic meal prep are all welcome. None are expected all at once.
