Health documents and immunizations

Before a child can attend, families will submit required enrollment documents and proof of immunization through the secure portal we provide.

The portal will also be used for practical enrollment documents such as emergency contacts, authorized pickup information, allergy or medication notes, and any physician or health forms required before care begins.

Community agreements

Infant Atelier works best when home and nursery stay in honest, respectful communication.

Read community agreements
  • Illness: Families keep children home when they are sick, contagious, or not well enough for a normal day of care. We will share more specific illness guidance before enrollment.
  • Photos and privacy: We will not share or post images of your child without your permission. Families are also asked not to photograph or share images of other children in the program.
  • Concerns and questions: If something feels unclear or needs repair, we ask families to come to Jess directly first so we can listen, respond, and make it right whenever possible.
  • Respectful communication: We value warmth, directness, and good faith on both sides. Small care depends on trust.
  • Shared responsibility: Families agree to keep emergency contacts, allergy information, pickup permissions, and health updates current.

Commitment

Enrollment is structured quarterly. When possible, we recommend a 6+ month commitment for relationship continuity.

Why we recommend this

Babies benefit from consistent caregivers and predictable relationships. ZERO TO THREE emphasizes primary caregiving and continuity of care for infants and toddlers ZERO TO THREE. A major caregiver change asks young children to build trust again ZERO TO THREE.

Notice

If your family’s needs change, two weeks’ notice is encouraged before leaving or declining the next quarter.
