After the first 12 months, tuition may adjust with at least
60 days’ notice. Future openings may be offered at a different
rate. Tuition reserves your child’s place in the program and is
not reduced for missed days.

Joining the waitlist is free, and it isn’t a commitment to
enroll.
Planned schedule
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8 AM–4 PM. The same small cohort
attends all three days, protecting continuity for children and
caregivers. Infant Atelier specializes in infant care and
encourages continuity through the first three years, so
families who begin with us as infants can grow with us into
toddlerhood as space allows.
Waitlist now, enrollment after licensure
We are currently collecting waitlist inquiries only. No place
will be formally offered, no enrollment agreement will be
signed, and no payment will be accepted before a California
family child care license is issued.

After licensure, if a space is offered, signed enrollment
paperwork and the first month’s tuition will be due by the
date in the offer email. That payment will be applied to the
child’s first month of care.
Health documents and immunizations
Before a child can attend, families will submit required
enrollment documents and proof of immunization through the
secure portal we provide.

The portal will also be used for practical enrollment
documents such as emergency contacts, authorized pickup
information, allergy or medication notes, and any physician or
health forms required before care begins.
Infant Atelier follows California child care immunization
requirements and applicable local public health guidance for
families in Los Angeles. California Department of Public
Health guidance says parents must show a child’s Immunization
Record as proof
CDPH.
Los Angeles County Public Health explains that child care and
pre-kindergarten facilities must enforce immunization
requirements, maintain records, and submit reports to public
health
Los Angeles County Public Health.
Community agreements
Infant Atelier works best when home and nursery stay in honest,
respectful communication.

-
Illness: Families keep children home when
they are sick, contagious, or not well enough for a normal
day of care. We will share more specific illness guidance
before enrollment.
-
Photos and privacy: We will not share or
post images of your child without your permission. Families
are also asked not to photograph or share images of other
children in the program.
-
Concerns and questions: If something feels
unclear or needs repair, we ask families to come to Jess
directly first so we can listen, respond, and make it right
whenever possible.
-
Respectful communication: We value warmth,
directness, and good faith on both sides. Small care depends
on trust.
-
Shared responsibility: Families agree to
keep emergency contacts, allergy information, pickup
permissions, and health updates current.
Commitment
After licensure, enrollment will be structured quarterly and
billed monthly. When possible, we recommend a 6+ month
commitment for relationship continuity.
